It helps you identify what successful achievement of a goal looks like for you in the short and long term. I can provide you with SMART strategies to help you realise this.
Coaching involves developing your abilities to identify and set achievable goals and the tools and strategies to realise them. It clarifies the resources and supports needed, the actions required to achieve your goals, and who is responsible for what actions. It also works in a time frame. Your progress is reviewed across sessions, and challenges and opportunities are discussed. The process is designed to be an empowering experience for you.
