People are learning new things every day to upskill themselves, improve the circumstances of their clients and enhance their organisations. We often ‘rediscover’ practices and ideas that have proved helpful in the past, and wonder why they were neglected in the first place.
It’s also true that we are bombarded with so much information on a regular basis that “a wealth of information creates a poverty of attention”, and we can sometimes feel too overwhelmed to adopt yet another new practice, or hear more ways of doing things better.
As a qualified and experienced trainer, educator and presenter, I take care to identify useful and relevant information regarding Human-Animal Interactions (HAI) to audience needs, and present it in an engaging and informative manner.
